The small double room I got was complete with a balcony, a card & bottle, as example.

The unit we got was well-appointed with desk in bedroom and a card & bottle plus comfortable beds.

Our twin room with a mini bar and a balcony was brand-new.

Their staff were busy.

We had a very special stay at this beautifully designed hotel. Enjoyed the small double room with breakfast, and excellent and beautiful location in walking distance of the old town. There was a roof top bar. 

The room was exceptionally clean with a balcony and the staff welcoming🙂

Really noisy room, I was a little disappointed.

We were in a lovely location a 10-15 minute walk from Hythe Ferry. The restaurant was romantic for dinner, enjoyed it.

The restaurant was fabulous with attentive staff here, I had amazing dishes.

Excellent location of the hotel, just next door to both restaurants, the marina, and town centre. Brand-new & top-notch unit with balcony.

Suitable for summer holidays. Modern place, comfy beds, helpful staff. Excellent and absolutely perfect location in walking distance of the old town, private parking onsite. And very close to both restaurants and bars, and a cruise 

The location was excellent and beautiful for first time visitors to Southampton. They gave a small queen room with a balcony and desk in bedroom plus a bath as we booked.

There were very high beds.

Overall it was spotless and bright with balcony. The staff were very welcoming and gave me good recommendations. The location was stunning and incredible, close enough to the HarBar restaurant and the waterfront.  

Thank you for the such wonderful stay of the night or day. The units were immaculately clean with fantastic view. Plus, the location is marvellous, minutes from Solent Sky Museum.

Wonderful new establishment. Huge comfy beds, lovely spa, great bar open late, excellent breakfast. Helpful staff, high quality.
